But once the saturation capacity is reached, humidity remains prisoner of the shoe. The originality of AeroShoes is not only its tremendous absorption capacity but also its power of rapid desorption; this phenomenon enables to evacuate the residual humidity and to come back to the original characteristics. Moreover, this material plays the role of an isolating carpet thanks to the air which is between the insole. Absorption: the product has a very fast absorption phase: 10 minutes. Desorption: in less than 2 hours, the product comes back to the first dried step. Product technicality... The product shows remarkable technical and technological characteristics which are, for the one part, linked to the physico-chemical properties of the product but also to the manufacturing process. The various tests (absorption,desorption resistance...) have been carried out by the Centre Technique du Cuir** of Lyon which approves the innovation of the product. In addition, the brand name and invention have been protected against competition. This innovative product is presented under the form of a white film with different thicknesses on which it is possible to get reliefs on one side. The material has to meet precise criterion and is manufactured in various production units in the world.
